The honest framing is that these are not the same kind of company. RenewLocal's core product is Google Business Profile management software: AI drafted review replies with a human approving them, scheduled GBP posts, block by block rank heatmaps and profile change alerts, all for 30 dollars a month with a seven day trial and no card. The review dispute service sits alongside that as a done for you add on. Repvive is a removal service with monitoring and review collection built around it. If you want the software, we do not sell it. If you want breadth of removal coverage, they do not sell it.
Their pricing transparency is better than ours and we are not going to pretend otherwise. RenewLocal publishes 425 dollars per review on a public page, states that ACH details are collected before filing but the debit only runs once Google takes the review down, and spells out that the fee is non refundable and covers the professional work rather than a permanent outcome. If a removed review reposts inside 30 days you get a service credit toward re pursuing it, not money back. That is unusually clear disclosure for this category. Repvive quotes per review after a free audit because pricing moves with platform, review age and case difficulty, but the practical effect is that you have to talk to us to learn the number.
Where the coverage gap sits. RenewLocal's dispute service names Google, Yelp, Facebook and Trustindex. Repvive covers those plus Reddit, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, BBB, Angi, Healthgrades, RateMDs, Glassdoor, Indeed, Instagram, YouTube, Airbnb and news article deindexing. If everything hurting you is on Google, that gap costs you nothing. If your reputation problem is spread across a directory, a forum thread and a news result, one 425 dollar Google dispute does not solve it.
Two things they do that we do not. They handle Google Business Profile suspensions and verification failures, which Repvive does not offer at all. Their public proof is thinner on volume, at 2,500+ disputes resolved against our 25,000+ reviews removed, but it sits next to a Google review widget with 16 named reviewers, which is third party verification we do not currently show.
One caution that applies to both of us equally. RenewLocal writes that removal is never guaranteed and Google makes the final call on every dispute. That is correct. Any company in this category quoting you a certainty rather than an eligibility read is selling you something the platform does not let them deliver.

Is 425 dollars per review a good price?
It is a clear price, which is worth something on its own. Whether it is a good one depends on the review. A straightforward spam case is cheaper to work than an aged defamation case with no obvious policy hook, and flat pricing charges the same for both.
Does RenewLocal charge if the review stays up?
No. Their page states that ACH details are collected before the dispute starts but you are not charged unless Google takes the review down. The fee is non refundable once charged, and if a removed review reposts within 30 days the published remedy is a service credit rather than a refund.
Do I need their subscription to use the dispute service?
No. Their site states the done for you services require no subscription and are case managed by a specialist. The 30 dollar a month plan is a separate product for ongoing profile management.
Which one is better for a suspended Google profile?
Either. RenewLocal sells reinstatement and verification as case managed services. Repvive also handles Google Business Profile verification and reinstatement of suspended profiles as a separate service, so ask about it on the call. If your profile is disabled rather than carrying bad reviews, say so up front with either company, because it is a different job from review removal.
Can I use both?
Yes, and for some businesses that is the sensible answer. Run their software for the ongoing profile work if you want it, and use whichever removal service covers the platforms your bad reviews actually sit on. Just do not file the same review through two companies at once.
