Repvive vs Removify (2026 Comparison)

Removify and Repvive run the same commercial model. Neither charges you for a review that stays up. That makes this a comparison about fit rather than risk, so the useful questions are which platforms each one works on, how long each says a case takes, and what each publishes about its own track record. Everything below about Removify was read off removify.com and their FAQ on 5 September 2026. Where they do not publish something, we say so rather than guess.

Same billing model, different service shape

Start with what is identical. Both companies price on outcome, both say the platform makes the final call, and both state that only policy violating content is targeted. Removify's FAQ is unusually direct about this: they write that they could not remove all of a business's bad reviews unless those reviews were provably bogus or in breach of the publisher's policies. We agree with that framing. Any removal company promising to clear a rating regardless of what the reviews say is describing something the platforms do not allow.

Where Removify is genuinely stronger. Their press logo strip is the deepest in this category and includes Business News Daily, Entrepreneur, Inc, Sky, SBS, Financial Review, 3AW and the Bolt Report. They publish three case studies with real numbers on the homepage: roughly 40 percent of a San Francisco startup's negative Glassdoor reviews removed over six months, nine Google reviews removed for a CPA firm in 15 days, and seven RateMDs reviews removed for a New York surgeon in five days. They also handle non consensual intimate imagery, which we do not, and they publish an Urgent 30 Day Processing option for time critical cases.

Where the two services diverge. Removify's published platform list is built around Google, employer brand sites and medical directories. Yelp and Reddit are not on it, though their site does invite you to ask about platforms they have not listed. Repvive works the consumer review side harder: Google, Yelp, Reddit, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, BBB, Angi, Healthgrades, Instagram, YouTube and more, plus news article deindexing. Removify's stated Google window runs from 24 hours out to 60 days with most cases landing inside one to four weeks. Ours is 0 to 7 business days on typical Google cases, which is a narrower window and a claim you should ask us to evidence.

The deposit is the one real structural difference. Removify asks for a small deposit before starting and refunds it in full if nothing comes down inside 60 days. That is a cash flow difference rather than a risk difference, but it matters if you are quoting several reviews at once. Repvive quotes per review after a free audit and bills once a removal is confirmed.

FAQ

Is Removify a legitimate company?

Yes. They publish a US office in Tempe, Arizona, two phone lines, a registered trademark held by Removify Pty Ltd, a detailed FAQ explaining their method, and a 5.0 rating from more than 300 reviews. We compete with them on fit, not on legitimacy.

Which one is faster?

On published claims, Repvive states 0 to 7 business days for typical Google cases and Removify's FAQ states 24 hours to 60 days with most inside one to four weeks. Neither figure is independently audited, so treat both as the company's own claim and ask for recent examples on a case like yours.

Does either company remove honest negative reviews?

No, and neither claims to. Both file on policy violations and both state that the platform makes the final decision. If a review is a real customer describing a real experience within the platform rules, it is not removable by us, by Removify, or by anyone else charging you for it.

Do they cover Yelp?

Yelp is not on the platform list published on removify.com as of September 2026, though their site invites enquiries about platforms not listed. Repvive publishes a dedicated Yelp removal service. If Yelp is your problem, ask them directly before assuming either way.

Can I get quotes from both?

You should. Both offer a free assessment with no commitment, and pricing on either side is quoted per case rather than published. Two quotes on the same set of review links is the fastest way to see which service is shaped for your platform mix.
